Laptop Program

Service Overview

The Niagara College Laptop Program provides laptops to students in the Engineering Technology program who require a mandatory laptop. Students are provided the full use of a Dell Latitude Laptop for the academic term which is also pre-loaded with all required software for their term.  For more information and service options regarding the Laptop Program, please see the selection below.

Service Request Options

For hardware or software repair services related to your Niagara College provided laptop, please visit the ITS Technical Services Repair Window located in Lundy, Rm L33, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:00pm.

For general advice or assistance related to your Niagara College provided laptop, choose one of the options below:

  • Visit us at the Welland or Niagara-On-The-Lake Campus Library for 'live' technical assistance.
  • Call the IT Service Desk at 905-735-2211 x7642.
  • Submit a Service Request for assistance by selecting the Create Ticket button and someone will contact you to determine the best time and approach to resolve your request.  Please fill in as much detail regarding the issue as you can, including screen shots.  Please include any error messages that you receive.
