ITS Services offers assistance connecting to a Niagara College online resource from off campus to students and employees at Niagara College. Assistance is provided through the request options below.

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user’s identity for a login or other transaction. The goal of MFA is to create a layered defense and make it more difficult for an unauthorized person to gain access a target such as an account, physical location, computing device, network or database. MFA will be required for off campus access to PeopleSoft applications and network file shares (N, G and I drives), and Employees email using the Outlook Web App or Outlook Client.
