Service Overview

ITS Services offers assistance connecting to a Niagara College online resource from off campus to students and employees at Niagara College.  Assistance is provided through the request options below.


Additional Information

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user’s identity for a login or other transaction.  The goal of MFA is to create a layered defense and make it more difficult for an unauthorized person to gain access a target such as an account, physical location, computing device, network or database.  More information here…

MFA will be required for off campus access to PeopleSoft applications and network file shares (N, G and I drives), and Employees email using the Outlook Web App or Outlook Client.
