Service Request Options

For information and questions related to student O36 Email, you have several options:

  1. Try our self-service website for more O365 info at https://its.niagaracollege.ca/log-o365-download-office-2016/
  2. Visit us at the Welland Campus Library or in the NOTL Campus Library for 'live' technical assistance.
  3. Call the IT Service Desk at 905-735-2211 x7642.
  4. Select the Create Ticket button to request help with student email.  Once we review your account, a technical representative will contact you.
