Work Estimation Tool

The purpose of the work estimation tool is to allow team members to list down activities and esitmate effort associated with the  activity.
The intent of this tool is to send to team members after the initial WBS has been completed to help identify activities required for each work package and then use as input into developing the project schedule.   It could also be used ahead of a WBS as a tool to allow staff to identify work to be done
