Service Overview

Information Technology Services offers software support to Employees and Students at Niagara College.  Software support is provided through the ITS Ticket System, the Service Desk Call Center or from IT Technicians stationed in both campus Library IT Help Desks.

If you need assistance with software that you already have installed/access to please use this link to submit a Something is Broken ticket 

 

Service Request Options

To report an issue or request assistance with a software application, please choose an option below: 

  • Visit us at the Welland or Niagara-On-The-Lake Campus Library for 'live' technical assistance.
  • Call the IT Service Desk at 905-735-2211 x7642 and we will use remote access tools to connect to your computer and assist.
  • If you require assistance with your current mobility hardware please use this link to submit a Something is Broken ticket 
  • Select the Create Request button to request software to be installed
