Service Overview
Immediate classroom technical assistance is provided to staff, faculty and students at the Welland and NOTL campuses.
If we cannot resolve the issue over the phone in a few minutes of troubleshooting, we will dispatch a technician to your classroom immediately.
Please have your phone extension available in case a call back is required, along with your name, room number and brief description of the problem.
Service Request Options
Call the ITS Service Desk at 905-735-2211 x7642 for immediate computer or audio visual assistance. Classroom phones have a button to directly connect to the ITS Service Desk.
You will need to provide your name, room number and brief description of the problem.
