The following deliverables are required for projects following the PM-Lite process

TeamDynamix Deliverables

IT Initiatives identified as PM-Lite will be tracked using Team Dynamix (TDX). The following information will be tracked within TeamDynamix and kept up-to-date by the Project Coordinator and project team.

  • Basic project information from the Project Charter
  • Stakeholder list
  • Team Contact list
  • Project Register
    • Issues, Action Items, Defects, Project Changes
  • Risk Register 
  • Project Schedule
    • Waterfall or Agile
  • Weekly projects status updates outlining accomplishments, next steps and issues/concerns
  • Project binder will be used to store the following project related documents
    • Project Charter
    • Requirements Specification
    • Touchpoint meeting results
    • Any other project communications
    • User Acceptance Summary
    • Lessons Learned meeting results
    • Project Close Report
    • Additional documents that need to be shared with project team
