Service Overview
Information Technology Services provides Office Phone, Fax and Audio Conferencing assistance to Niagara College employees and tenants, including:
- Order an office phone, Avaya Workplace softphone or phone lines
- Move an office phone or phone line
- Unlock voicemail box
- Report a non-functioning Avaya Workplace or Avaya Agent Desktop softphone
- Report a non-functioning office phone or phone line
- Assign phone extension, call display, long distance authorization code and/or voicemail mailbox
- Assign RightFax fax number
- Modify my listed phone extension and/or room number in the Contact Directory
- Make a new tenant listing or modify or remove a tenant listing in the Contact Directory
- Help with Pragmatic audio conferencing plan or charges
- Assign Pragmatic audio conferencing moderator
- Modify automated attendant for closures and/or events
- Modify automatic call distribution phone queue
- Request to add a second shared extension (applies to office phone and Avaya Workplace softphone)
