VPN Access Request

Service Overview

Access to Niagara College online resources from off campus is available through our Virtual Private Network (VPN). 

VPN access is available to:

  • Employees and Guests/Contractors who require access to specific NC online resources from off campus. (Example: Access to Phone System, HVAC, etc.)
  • Niagara College provided desktop/laptop computers that have been joined to our domain, or Company provided laptops with up-to-date endpoint protection software.  No personal laptops allowed.
  • Provided only after the request has been reviewed and approved by the IT Security Officer.

Guests and Contractors

Guest access to the Niagara College VPN requires a guest account.  If a guest requires VPN access, or if you are requesting access for a guest/contractor who does not have a Niagara College Guest Account, please fill out a Guest Access Request Form at the following link:

Full Time and Part Time Staff

Please note that VPN access has already been provided to all Full Time and Part Time staff.  You do not need to request VPN access for FT or PT Staff.

Students

VPN access is not provided to students.
