Request Software Support

Service Overview

Information Technology Services offers software support to Employees and Students at Niagara College.  Software support is provided through the ITS Ticket Sysem, the Service Desk Call Center or from IT Technicians stationed in both campus Library IT Help Desks.

Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-10:00pm and Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

 

Service Request Options

To report an issue or request assistance with a software application, please choose an option below: 

  • Visit us at the Welland or Niagara-On-The-Lake Campus Library for 'live' technical assistance.
  • Call the IT Service Desk at 905-735-2211 x7642 and we will use remote access tools to connect to your computer and assist.
  • Select the Create Ticket button to submit a service request.  ITS will contact you to determine the best time and approach to resolve your request.  Please fill in as much detail regarding the issue as you can, including screen shots and any error messages that you receive.
