Service Overview
ITS Services offers printing and photocopier assistance to Employees and Students at Niagara College. Assistance is provided through the ITS Service Desk Call Center, IT Technicians stationed in both campus Libraries and through our ITS website and call centre. Service options for printer issues, photocopier assistance, along with online Information on how to order supplies, can be found below.

Service Request Options
Select the Create Ticket button to report a printing issue, request Photocopier assistance, help ordering supplies, etc.
