Employee and Tenant Email

Service Overview

Information Technology Services provides Email assistance to Niagara College employees and tenants, including:

  • Help with using Microsoft Outlook from my work computer
  • Help with using the Niagara Portal or O365 Portal for email or outlookNC.niagaracollege.ca
  • Help with adding my mail account to a mobile device
  • Help with using my Sophos spam filter
  • Adding an organization mailing all employees to our Allowed list
  • Adding an organization mailing all students to our Allowed list
  • Report a suspicious message, phishing attempt or account compromise
  • Make a new distribution list available college-wide - Modify a college-wide distribution list - Remove a college-wide distribution list
  • Make a new shared mailbox - Modify a shared mailbox - Remove a shared mailbox
  • Make a new room resource - Modify a room resource - Remove a room resource
  • Report a service outage for the Niagara Portal or O365 Portal for email or outlookNC.niagaracollege.ca

 

Service Request Options

For information and questions related to student O36 Email, you have several options:

  1. Try our self-service website for more Email info at https://its.niagaracollege.ca/category/services/webmail/
  2. Visit us at the Welland Campus Library or in the NOTL Campus Library for 'live' technical assistance.
  3. Call the IT Service Desk at x7642.
  4. Select the Create Ticket button to request help with employee email.  Once we review your account, a technical representative will contact you.
